This website was created to share Ethan Hodgins' baseball journey and provide opportunities for family, friends, supporters and members of the community to help support his baseball expenses.

By using this website or purchasing merchandise through the website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Fundraising Purpose
Funds raised through this website are intended to help support Ethan's baseball-related expenses, which may include team fees, training, equipment, travel, tournaments and other related costs.

2. Donations
Direct donations are processed through Donorbox and its applicable payment-processing partners.
Please carefully review your donation amount and information before submitting. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. Donorbox's own terms and policies may also apply to donations processed through its platform.

3. Merchandise Fundraising
Merchandise available through this website is offered as part of the fundraising effort supporting Ethan's baseball expenses.
Our merchandise is produced on demand rather than held in inventory. The price displayed for each item includes shipping unless otherwise stated. A portion of each merchandise purchase, after applicable product, fulfillment and related costs, contributes toward Ethan's baseball expenses.

4. Merchandise Orders
Because merchandise is produced on demand, customers should carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colours and other order details before completing a purchase. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and fulfilled by third-party print and fulfillment providers, including Printful and/or Tapstitch, depending on the product. Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is lost, damaged or has another fulfillment issue, please contact us so we can work with the appropriate fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Payments
Merchandise payments are processed through Wix Payments. Additional terms and policies from Wix and applicable payment processors may apply to transactions made through this website.
