Thank you for supporting Ethan Hodgins' baseball journey through our merchandise fundraiser.

Because our merchandise is made to order, each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or selects the wrong size.

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review:

• Product description

• Available size and sizing chart

• Colour and design

• Quantity

• Shipping information

• Order details

If Something Goes Wrong

We will work with you to resolve an issue if:

• You receive the wrong item;

• Your order arrives damaged;

• The product has a manufacturing or printing defect;

• The item received does not reasonably match the product ordered; or

• There is another significant fulfillment error.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. Where an issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrectly Selected Size

Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee an exchange when the customer selects the incorrect size.

Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a size different from the size you ordered, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is damaged during delivery or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the fulfillment provider and/or shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Where the fulfillment provider confirms that a replacement is appropriate, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, additional charges may apply to resend the order.

Refunds

Refunds are not normally available for made-to-order merchandise, including purchases resulting from a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
